We are sorry to hear about your experiences and hope our high standards will be able to meet most customers requirements. We have some wonderful plans comming up but before that we need to sort the offers and systems so the above never happens again

		<description>I have had two shockingly bad experiences with 6shooter and will not be having any more!

The first was at Christmas 2010 - I ordered about 6 presents off them as it was advertised &quot;delivery for Christmas&quot;. Well. None of the presents arrived before Christmas. Then when I did get a delivery half the items were missing. It took several months to get this sorted out, and it was only sorted out by phoning in the end, all my emails were  not responded to. It made for a very embarrassing and stressful Christmas - when I&#039;d tried to make things easy on myself by ordering online and avoiding the shops.

Then about 6 months later I was still subscribed and found 6shooter had a magazine I really wanted. Because it was a lower cost item I thought I&#039;d give them another chance and ordered it.  A month later I had not received the order and had heard nothing. So I emailed. Again my email seems to be ignored. When I rang I was told &quot;oh we ran out of those, didn&#039;t you get a refund&quot; - &quot;No I did not!&quot;. Once I had rung they quickly sorted the refund, but if I had not rang them I would never have seen the money again.

Stay away from 6shooter. When things go wrong (which from my experience in the norm) it is a huge hassle to sort out.</description>
