3Deals appears to manage unresolved issues by the 'head in the sand' and 'ignore it' approach. They have not returned emails, provided information or generally acted as a responsible reseller.

Hi Antoinette
The problem with the order was an incomplete address. This situation has now been resolved. The reason I have asked customers to try contact us on facebook or our website comments is because there is a problem with some customers not receiving our responses to their emails (possibly going to junk mail?) Once we have your name we can look up your details on your order and give you a phone call rather than have you post your email or phone numbers on a public forum. We have however added our contact number to our website. Please use this for any urgent concerns.
