@Sheryll They might not get your message if you put it here Sheryll. I would be best if you contact them directly.

Hi Michelle, people have posted on this forum because they have exhausted all other avenues, and have had no progress with email or your comments page.
Thankyou, have asked them to read profile page on their comment page/site.
if no joy how else do I contact them
Hi Sheryll, fill in this form
Thanks Sheldon. Your help is apreciated, have filled in form now just awaiting a reply. Thank you thankyou thankyou.
3deals rock…! My BF works there and won’t even tell me what deals are coming up so I have to check them out every day at 12!!!
haha, I admire his restraint. I don’t think I could keep a secret like that
Hi, I placed order # 1124208 for an Olympus camera last 01/11/2010. I live in Auckland but inow I havent received it yet. Can you please advise if it has been sent or if there’s any problem. Thanks!
Hi Ronald. Have you filled in the 3 Deals contact form? If not, start there.
I ordered a rotating instyler from your website and received it on the 21-22 december 2010 i used it xmas day (only the second time i used it) and it literally blew up while in my hair. I have contacted you via email on the 26 december 2010 and as yet have had no reply whatsoever from anyone within your company. And since you DO NOT have a phone number on your website i do not know how else to contact you.
Hi RJ, the team at 3Deals probably don’t check this page very often and don’t automatically receive notification of messages left on this page so, a few moments ago, I sent your message directly to the boss on your behalf.
To any one who is interested in getting a 3deals ‘Mystery Deal’…. DONT.
I tried one for the first time last week and was HUGELY dissapointed. The advertising said ;Mystery Pack’ would worth $25. Now I like a gamble but to misled by that statement was dissapointoing.
I actually got a $2 shop purse and a nose hair/sideburn trimmer (probably worth [and Im being Generous here] $10.00) – both things were utter crap.
So for me lesson learnt – never buy from cowboys selling stuff out of a lock up in Albany, and that won’t publish their phone number because they would get so many calls dealing with problems that they would need to hire a Mumbai Call centre to cope.
Cowards!!
Hi Mark,
I’m sorry to hear that your not happy with your mystery deal, we have not only wasted your time but also your money and this is not acceptable. I shall investigate this further.
In the mean time may I offer you a free mystery box as compensation? I will inspect it personally to ensure it’s value before we send it to you.
Cheers
Chris
Hi Chris,
Thanks for looking into it. I do think you need to reassess your marketing strategy and be honest in what & how you advertise.
Like I said, I don’t mind taking a gamble or purchasing a lucky dip (I don’t expect to get the big prize), but in this case my expectations were higher than the prize.
Thanks again for your response.
Regards
MARK
Mark,
Can you please send me your details chris@3deals.co.nz and I will personally deal with it!
Cheers
Chris
Thanks to Chris at 3deals for rectifying my ‘poor’ experience with the Mystery Deal. Got a couple of T shirts in the post today, and am happy with that. Would have been happy with that if that was the fist package to arriave as they seem to be worth at least $25 as originally stated in the Mystery Deal claims.
Thanks for the update Mark
Hi Chris,
What details do you require?
Regards
MARK

Hi brought 2 Samsung GT-E1081T mobile phones off 3Deals it said they were vodaphone and 2degress compatible it keeps asking for a network code which I dont have would you be able to help with this problem. Thanks
i was a customer to that listing too, i was reading above and Rachel March 11, 2011 at 7:34 pm had the same problem, poor management at 3 deals, you would of thought they fixed the issue the second time but they still sold these locked phones
send them an email with your IMEI Number to deals@3deals.co.nz, the number is under the battery
I see I am not the only customer having major problems contacting 3deals.
Not having a phone number is a real cop out – the only Daily Deal to operate this way. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the 3 flags I ordered over a week ago. credit card charge went thru quickly – no sign of the order or repsonse to any emails. I do not have an order number!!
hmmm I’ll see what I can do Antoinette
Thank you Sheldon – I would certainly appreciate some help, my attempts to get some response from 3 deals have totally failed. Antoinette Cooney
I will be sooooo interested to hear what it takes to get a response from 3Deals – emails certainly do not work!! Will never purchase from them again.
Hi Antoinette
The problem with the order was an incomplete address. This situation has now been resolved. The reason I have asked customers to try contact us on facebook or our website comments is because there is a problem with some customers not receiving our responses to their emails (possibly going to junk mail?) Once we have your name we can look up your details on your order and give you a phone call rather than have you post your email or phone numbers on a public forum. We have however added our contact number to our website. Please use this for any urgent concerns.
We apologise for the problems some customers have had communicating with us. We have posted a phone number on our website in response. We hope this helps, as we are committed to providing a good experience for all our customers.
Michelle
3Deals appears to manage unresolved issues by the ‘head in the sand’ and ‘ignore it’ approach. They have not returned emails, provided information or generally acted as a responsible reseller.
I think I can help Wynn, I’ll contact them on your behalf
This customers issue is currently being dealt with. Please contact us directly on deals@3deals.co.nz or (09) 9701661 if you have any unresolved issues or need help with your query.
