Great service from customer service staff who genuinely CARE is top of the list also.
Sheldon, remember my spiel about how much I disliked 1-Day? Well, thanks to the actions of just one customer service person by the name of Chris, I'm now happy to shop with them again.

If the price on an item is similar to that in a retail store, don't bother selling it. It puts people off bothering to check back on the next days "deals" - at least it does with me.
